Cancellation Policy of Mrittika Homestay
- 14 days from Check-In Date 100% of the advance will be deducted as Cancellation charge
- Before 15 day the advance can be adjust during your next visit within 6 months
**NO Adjustment Policy during Pick Days Booking, (eg. Holi, Puja Vacation , Christmas vacation or any other festival)
Terms And Condition
- Check in time: 10.30 Am To 9.30 PM , Check in is not allowed after 9.30 pm except any emergency or prior information. Checkout time 9.30 am
** Dinner and Room Service is available Up to 9.30 PM.
***Main Get will Close after 10 pm. No one will allow to enter or exit after that. Except any emergency.
*** Party or picnic or Cooking Food is not allowed in the property.
- It is mandatory for all guests to submit valid photo identification copy at the time of check-in.
Rules and Regulation
“1. The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited.
2. For Any Damage done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guests are liable to make up for the charges in full and for the amount as seen appropriate by the management.
3. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms. Bringing or storing any products / items of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited.
4. It is not allowed to cause any disturbance to other guests nor cause any nuisance or annoyance in the Home-stay premises.
5. Drinking alcohol in open place is Strictly prohibited.
6. Any type external of sound box or playing loud music will not aloud hear.
7. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings for any cause whatsoever.
8. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time. ”
